SHORT SLEEVE SAFETY T-SHIRTS
Our selection and inventory of enhanced visibility safety green and safety orange short sleeve t-shirts is unmatched. We carry major brands such as Hanes, Gildan, Jerzees and Port & Company. Manufacturers refer to their shirts as safety yellow, safety green and safety lime. For consistency we have standardized on safety green. All shirts are very close to the same shade and differences that appear in the images are primarily due to photography. Polyester, sometimes referred to as dry-fit safety or moisture wicking, will be slightly brighter and will hold their vibrancy longer.
All of the safety shirts below are either polyester or preshrunk 50/50 cotton poly. When selecting a safety shirt, one of the most important criteria is shirt weight. Most of the performance dry-fit shirts are in the 4 ounce range, very thin and light. The 50/50 shirts are between 5 ounce to the 6.1 ounce Gildan 2000. The weight of the shirt is not an indicator of quality.

Manufacturers refer to their products as safety green, safety yellow, and safety lime, but essentially they are the same color. There are very slight differences between manufacturers, and the polyester dry fit performance shirts are a bit brighter than the 50/50 safety t-shirts.
You can have just one item printed. This is great for the small businesses, and also a way to sample the shirt and print quality before committing to a larger quantity.

Dry-fit performance shirts are light-weight polyester shirts that contain moisture-wicking ability. Frequently the manufacturer will also state sun protection and odor control capabilities. Most dry-fit safety shirts are thin to keep workers cool in the summer heat.
For the best results, you should send us the highest resolution file that you have. A file that is 300 DPI in full-size is ideal. If you have a PSD, AI or PDF that would be ideal, but we can also accept other formats such as JPG if the resolution is acceptable. We do include some clean-up, but on rare occasions additional charges may be necessary.
Safety shirts must maintain their vibrance after several washings. Unfortunately, cotton fabric cannot maintain the bright colors needed.
